Mobile home owners and mobile home park landlords (owners and managers) may use this website to file a complaint for potential violations of the Mobile Home Park Act or Oversight Program.


Before making a complaint, please review the following materials on the Program’s website:

Note that a landlord may not take any retaliatory action(s) – threats, acts of harassment, or acts of harm or injury – against a mobile home owner for expressing their intent to file or for filing a complaint. A landlord may be fined up to $10,000 if the Program determines they retaliated against a home owner.
